Meet Randel and Cinda, new residents at the Goddard Senior Homes in Goddard, Kansas. Randel and Cinda just moved to Goddard last month. Before they moved to Goddard they were living in a trailer that had a lot of issues. When finally, they couldn’t keep up with it any longer. Among those issues were things like the shower, Randel had to carry his wife, Cinda, in and out of the shower every day because she wasn’t able to get in and out herself. But now, thanks to their new home, Goddard Senior Homes, Cinda no longer needs to be carried in and out of the shower as the shower is a roll-in shower. Randel and Cinda love their new home and are grateful for the attention of detail Excel Development Group made with the home, especially the shower. Excel Development Group is proud to be able to make Randel and Cinda’s lives easier and more comfortable.

Meet Tracy and her family. They’re new residents at the Eagle Flats apartments in Elk City, Oklahoma. Tracy lived in a nearby town and is happy she gets to move into the new apartments. “I love my new apartment” – Tracy. Congrats Tracy and your family on your new apartment and welcome to Eagle Flats.

Keith, Andrea, and their son Levi and daughter Elsie (not pictured) love their new home in Orange City, IA. Prairie Heights allows Keith and Andrea the space they need for their family, and at a price that’s affordable. “I love how roomy and spacious it is. Plenty of room for Keith and I to have our own space that’s separate from the kids.” – Andrea.

Joy and his Grandson, Dreden are excited to move into the new Nebraska City Senior Patio Homes in Nebraska City, NE. “Having all hardwood flooring throughout and having it be handicap accessible really helps me out a lot.” – Joy. Their new home being handicap accessible helps Dreden out as well because he no longer needs to help his grandfather with some of his daily tasks.

Meet Dominique, a new resident at Jasmine Court in Cushing, Oklahoma. Dominique is excited about how much more room she and the kids have in her new 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms apartment. Dominique especially loves her master bedroom and can’t believe she has her own bathroom now. Dominique and her kids can’t wait to start their new journey at the Jasmine Court apartments.

Barbara is a widow of her late husband, Loren, who served in the army in the 1950s. Barbara’s family loves to serve our country as Barbara’s son, daughter, and son-in-law serve in the military. Barbara’s husband, Loren, served as a maintenance radio operator during his time in the army. Loren was stationed in Missouri, Georgia and Alaska. The two of them always wrote letters to each other, and Loren always expressed how he loved the Northern Lights. Excel thanks Barbara’s late husband Loren for his service to our country as well as her other family members that have served and are currently serving.
